1.  All prices are exclusive of VAT.
2.  The first two invoices will be supplied on pro forma invoice.
3.  Carriage will be charged at £7.95.
4.  Orders over £300 will be carriage paid.
5.  Items received broken will be replaced but must be retained
     for possible inspection.
6.  Minimum order £150.
7.  Claims for breakage/shortage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
8.  Goods remain the property of Rainstick Trading Ltd until paid for in full.

Schools and educational establishments’ etc Terms and Conditions
1.  All prices are exclusive of VAT.

3.  Carriage is free on orders of £300 and above.
4.  Items received broken will be replaced/ credited but must be
     retained for possible inspection.
5.  Minimum order £50.
6.  Claims for breakage/shortage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
7.  Goods remain the property of Rainstick Trading Ltd until paid for in full.

Additional Terms and Conditions for European Customers
1.  All prices are exclusive of VAT.
2.  Carriage charged at €14 ; orders of €500 are carriage paid ; Minimum €200.
3.  5% discount will be given to orders over €2000.

    CREDIT de 30 JOURS automatique.
*  Minimum de commande initial 200€ (euros).
*  Frais de port 14€ (euros) tarif forfaitaire.
*  Commandes de plus de 500€ (euros) frais de port gratuits.
*  Commande de plus de 2000€ (euros) remise de 5%.
*  Prix excluant la TVA (donnez votre N∞ de TVA avec votre commande).
